DONT RENT HERE!
Leasing agents are real quick to respond and get you in but not to fix appliances that are inoperable on day one! I moved out 3.5 days after a two hour move in due to undisclosed discrepancies I.e A/C and wash/dryer not working even after maintenance came 3X! Management was combative and careless as was the property owner, he also lies, blatantly! I can't say all that I want here so instead will make a Reddit thread! But DO NOT RENT FROM RED DOOR/Whitney management! First red flag was the fact that you can't even find their reviews on google in 2026! They have lots to hide I'm sure!

Boho 31 Stay
The leasing agents were quick with responding and very helpful with the lease signing/move-in process. The apartment is true to the photos. Had a couple of issues with amenities in the first couple of days- agents made sure they were resolved in a timely manner. It is a great central point in the Phoenix area and right by highway entrances, making it easy to travel if one has a vehicle. Overall a good stay.
