Spacious apartment with very responsive landlord

The landlord is amazing! She was very responsive from when the booking inquiry was sent and remained so throughout. I sent the booking inquiry a few weeks before my stay, and this was a blessing. The apartment is spacious, with a lot of places for storage. Anything you could think of needing, it's there. For appliances, they have a full-size washer and dryer, a full-size refrigerator, a stove/oven, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. They also have pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, plates, cups, and silverware. The apartment is near many internship or research opportunities. The apartment is only a 20-minute drive to the Army Research Labs. The apartment is also less than 10 minutes away from the Goddard Space Center. Additionally, it is ~15 minutes away from the University of Maryland.

number one thing about this apartment- it’s only one street over from the hospital. parking at the hospital is free. If you don’t have a car- you can walk! If you are on call-it’s perfect.both bedrooms had big closet space. PRO: full size washer and dryer! Yeah. things to keep in mind: This is separate entrance apartment so it’s very private but there are no windows -I do think it would be perfect for a night worker! There are people living above you. Just like with a hotel and you do occasionally hear them. It’s to be expected.I never had noise issues I thought my stay here was nice, quiet and I had no issues; especially compared to the price of other stays. The landlord is very responsive
