I had a great stay at this cozy, newly renovated apartment in downtown Maryville. It’s beautifully furnished with a relaxing vibe, and the space feels both comfortable and private. The spa-like bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer made everything super convenient. I especially loved the peaceful fenced yard and covered patio. Perfect location—close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and charming apartment in quiet, safe, convenient location. Awesome owners/hosts!

This wonderfully charming apartment is beautiful with a cozy fireplace, large private laundry room, and a luxurious bathroom. The fenced back yard is perfect for the fur babies...our 14 year old pug Otis absolutely loved it! In addition, it has a large private driveway with plenty of parking! The home is in a perfect location...literally convenient to everything yet in a quiet, safe, walkable neighborhood. It is only a couple of minutes drive to beautiful downtown Maryville with its quaint shops and wonderful restaurants and pubs. You simply will not find better hosts than owners Ryan and Cyrena! They are truly kind people who actually care about you being happy and comfortable during your stay! This is our third stay at this apartment! The first two times were as traveling medical professionals. We were lucky enough to get it a third time on a longer term basis as we began our relocation to this area. This is truly a wonderful place to stay and the owners are the best!
