Hawkeye Condo 2 - quiet area, walking distance to UIHC

Perfect location, outstanding hosts!

Monica really raises the bar for renters. She was incredibly thoughtful in how she prepared the apartment and I felt like I was ready to go on move in. The apartment was very clean and well-laid out -- it was easy to make this home for a month. The kitchen was very well-equipped; I even did some baking while I was here! The commute to the hospital was very walkable/bikeable and the neighborhood felt very safe, even at night. I didn't have a car, but the parking situation was very easy and even on game days, you can rely on a spot. The apartment complex is also very quiet and I never heard the neighbors. During my first week, there was a record-breaking heatwave, but the apartment stayed cool thanks to several AC units. Overall, I'm so glad that I lucked out in finding this posting! Would 100% recommend anyone to stay here and would stay again!

Wonderful Host

We stayed here during our time at the university hospital and were lucky to have Monica as our host. Everything we could possibly need at the location was available to us and communication with Monica was always timely and helpful. She keeps a very clean and well decorated space and would recommend her location to anyone.
