Casita!
I really enjoyed staying here during my 13 week contract. It had most everything I needed and a comfortable bed. There's no access to the main house, but the space is at the end of a hall and you do hear a lot of what's happening in the house. It's never crazy, but may be difficult if you were trying to sleep during the day. Landlords are awesome and quick to respond to messages.
