Our unit is only 4 years old. My favorite part, other than the beautiful lake and fountain outside my door is the many windows. Unit is very light and bright and has lofted ceilings in the kitchen and living room area, giving it a very spacious feel. Everyone is very friendly and respectful. We enjoy the pool, workout room and activities planned by the social director. Beach is 5 minutes away!
Space
Just a bike ride to the beach! Our unit is 4 years new with lots of windows and natural light. We have a loft upstairs with a double bed and room for storage. First floor master has a king size bed with drawer space and full wall closets. We also have a beautiful covered porch facing the lake as well as a patio closer to the water.
Neighborhood overview
We are located in Lake San Marino, a unique mix of cottages, park models and RV units. It is peaceful and quiet while offering lots to do, like a pool, workout room, pickleball and dog park.

Naples paradise
Scott and Susan were awesome host. Their property is beautiful. Great location. We had a wonderful experience and plan to go back next year.
