Amazing!!!
Myriah is an amazing individual and host. The gated neighborhood is immaculately cared for and very safe. The pool area was excellent to hang out at both day & evening. Myriah's townhouse was spotless. My bedroom, bathroom and living room were all very spacious and comfortable. Myriah asked me several times a week if I was satisfied with her place and let me know every time her family or friends were coming over. Even though I kept telling her this wasn't necessary. If I was to go back to Mesa, Myriah is the first person I would contact. My assignment ended prematurely, and there was absolutely no problem with the financial arrangement.
Comfy and nice with a friendly roommate
This townhouse is so beautiful and cozy. Myriah is sweet and friendly and her place makes you feel right at home. The neighborhood is gated and has everything you could want. I would definitely recommend staying here!
No Human Consideration, Empathy or Grace.
My experience was highly unprofessional and resulted in me losing housing, last minute. Fees/deposit amts were raised only after I confirmed interest, including an unexpected $45 background check and a $50 higher deposit than advertised. Rent was not properly prorated. Through the process, I was repeatedly questioned about my being able to afford rent despite even providing a pay stub. I did the background check, which cleared, yet she responded nearly 24 hrs later, due to being sick. After an unforeseen accident caused me to temporarily lose my phone and her contact info, I was unable to call for a day to confirm my move in time. I explained/apologized immediately once I regained access. Despite consistent communication prior to that, she cxl'ed my move-in, cost me the $45 fee, and left me homeless. I would not recommend renting from her. Housing is not just a transaction—people’s livelihoods are at stake and she didn't care who she inconvenienced with her callous self centeredness.
