Historic Monroe home built in 1922 with plenty of original charm as well as a newly renovated kitchen, all new appliances, and new double paned windows. The house itself has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as an office and Sunroom. Access to a private park in the HOA as well as plenty of walking trails in the neighborhood. Also very close access to downtown and Highway 2.
Space
Option of a fully furnished or unfurnished room, both are located upstairs along side the library. Very peaceful cheery neighborhood and views of the cascades out the window. Both rooms are available for rent but only one will be occupied at any time unless agreed upon prior to lease start, you will largely have the space upstairs to yourself!
