The best part of this property for newcomers is the proximity to everything. I'm smack in the middle of everything (mountains, downtown, Red Rocks, popular neighborhoods) with most things being 15 away. My neighbors are great, we all look out for eachother and have a yearly block party. My personal favorite part of this property is the big gated backyard for the dogs.
