The best in Portland!

I lived at this property with two others throughout a summer internship, and I can confidently say that there is no better place to be in Portland. The apartment itself has comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and an elegant feel. Living on top of Munjoy Hill gives you easy access to nightly sunsets at Fort Sumner Park, ocean views on East Promenade, nearby community events, and fantastic restaurants, breweries, bars galore! With a quick walk into downtown and Old Port, I cannot imagine a better location in Portland. On top of that, Kurt is an absolutely stellar landlord. He is friendly, attentive, communicates quickly, respects privacy, and makes for great conversation. This place is a memory maker!

Loved this property!

Me and 2 of my friends stayed at this property as we were wrapping up graduate school at a local university. This location is top tier, so close to the eastern promenade, congress street, and many more. Kurt was incredibly attentive and kind and was available if any concerns arose. We would recommend this property and host to anyone looking to stay in Portland!
