### We Offer Two Types of Rooms:
Private room with a private en-suite bathroom....

Newly renovated, private bath, closet, and TV in each room. Shared laundry, kitchen, and living room.
Ideal for Traveling Nurses (10-15 minutes from local hospitals), University of OH students, and families. Monthly rental includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and parking. One-time cleaning fee charged at checkout is $120.

Neighborhood overview
Very close to Downtown, right across the street from the University of Ohio Dorms, a 6-7 minute walk to the different campuses, and an 11-14 minute walk to the four nearby hospitals.
Please note that the house is rented to nurses, and other professionals; the landlord is not living on the premises.
