Clean and Safe 2 Bed/1 Bath Home - Close To Hospitals

Great property, location, and landlord!

We stayed at this house for seven months while working at CHI Bergan Mercy. It was an average 7 minute drive to the hospital and UNMC is roughly the same distance in the other direction. There are two grocery stores around the corner and Aksarben Village is a half mile down the road for shops and restaurants. The interstate is just down the road making it quick to get anywhere in Omaha. The house itself is very clean and well appointed. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen comes stocked with everything you may need. There is a huge basement if needed to store luggage while living upstairs. Jared is very responsive and offered great suggestions to try around Omaha. Highly recommend renting this house for your stay in Omaha.
