Our family home is a comfortable bungalow nestled in a quiet neighborhood and we have poured lots of time and love into it. When we became empty nesters we decided to open our basement to people needing a place while in transition. Our location offers easy access to all that SLC and the surrounding areas have to offer. Located 19ish miles from Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird, year-round outdoor adventures are close by....

You will have access to shared laundry room, kitchen, and dining room, all of which are upstairs. The house was remodeled between 2020-2021 including new HVAC and appliances.
Neighborhood overview
Our neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Lots of people walk, with their dogs and kids. It's helpful to have a car. We have many grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. We are just a 10-20 minute drive to 3 different canyon entrances. Close to outdoor adventures.
