The laundry area with new appliances is downstairs. The downstairs, originally a full size basement, is being renovated into art studios and a living space.

Snow happens! Our plow guy, Mo, swings by to clear the driveway. Guests will need to shovel the walk and the decks.

In mid-April, the daffodils bloom, encircling the house!

One of the special features of the property are the sunsets! These sunset shots are all taken from the back deck without any filters or editing!

This is the lower pond below the house. Beavers take turns renovating their dams. Some years this is a pond, other years it's a meadow with a creek running through it.

Last light on the tall pines, oaks, and maples in the front yard.

This is the Upper Pond. It's across the street and a beautiful, easy walk from the house. It's not our land but walkers are welcome. The views to the Adirondacks are lovely!
