Neighborhood overview
A quiet residential area, only a few minutes from downtown New Albany. 10- 15 minutes away from Downtown Louisville depending on traffic. The neighbors are all extremely friendly and helpful. Next door is an old electric company that adds a lot of character and obviously very quiet neighbors.
