Horrible stay

Upon arrival, trash left from previous tenants in the garage. Old mattress with pee stains left beside the wall in the garage. Trash over filled in the city trash cans. Garage not painted. Went inside the home noticed the blinds had buildup of food and everyday dust, not clean, fridge had food left from previous tenants. We were told cleaning lady was there before we arrived for check in. How can this be? Food in cabinets that were extremely nasty. Cigarette butts in trash cans, not cleaned, walls had food and a yellow substance on it. Big balls of blonde hair under beds, couches, beer cans and tabs left in what was supposed to be a child’s room. Bathroom wasn’t ever touched, I had to clean everything top to bottom. And I mean everything in this home had to be cleaned. Vents were packed with dust particles. Ceiling fans as well. Previous tenants had to smoked. We quickly alerted him and he waved the cleaning fee. With no other homes available for pets we then stayed. We have pictures
