Beautiful Cozy Unit

This unit was perfect for me and my pets! Great location and had lots of help with snow management during the winter. The owners of the property always made sure I was taken care of and asked if the unit needed anything. The unit had ample closet space and a nice desk for late night studying. Kitchen had a beautiful cabinet door for extra storage and plenty of shelf space. Living room had a great flat screen and beautiful decor that was nice and relaxing after a long shift. Did I mention that parking was included!? Never had to stress about it. Overall loved this unit. Was close to many great food options, grocery stores and a park/lake with walking trails.

Private, updated, pet friendly rental

I have been staying at this rental while working a contract at Winchester Hospital and I can't speak highly enough about it. It is a renovated basement apartment in the landlady's house but you feel as if you completely have your own space! Your own parking spot in the driveway attached to a private yard and separate entrance into the apartment. Clean, updated, and cozy! New appliances, household necessities, smart TV, cute decor and furnishings, comfy bed..perfect for a travel healthcare worker! Also, it is truly pet friendly! There is a large fenced yard for my pups and the neighborhood is quiet and safe to walk them. The yard overlooks a pond that has walking trails all around it. The landlady has even been kind enough to let my dogs out for me while I'm at work. As a single female, I feel so comfortable here, especially with the landlady and her family. They have all been so kind to me and if there is ever anything I need, they are fast and efficient with communication.
