Cozy, Modern Apartment in Atlanta with All Utilities & Cleaning Included

The Perfect Apartment!

I absolutely loved my stay here and cannot recommend it enough! The space was extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, and cozy, with all-new appliances and everything I needed for a longer stay. The bed and couch were both very comfortable, and the patio seating was so nice. Madalena was an amazing host from the very beginning! She reserved the place for me five months in advance and was incredibly understanding and helpful as I planned everything from PA. She even let me stay for two nights during my college spring break so I could get a feel for the apartment and figure out what I needed to bring. Throughout my stay, she was always responsive and made sure I felt comfortable and safe. She was also quick to help when I had an AC issue. The location was perfect, close to MARTA, the mall, and the highway, but still peaceful and cozy. I loved seeing deer and even an owl outside! This truly felt like a home away from home. I will absolutely miss it and would happily stay here again!

Amazing Experience

This is truly the kind of place everyone hopes to find, and I’m so sorry that I have to move on. I genuinely wish I didn’t have to leave. Madelena was an incredible hostess and created such a thoughtful, one-of-a-kind experience. The unit is absolutely beautiful—everything is new, pristine, and impeccably clean. Every appliance you could possibly need is provided, and the space is so well designed that every inch feels intentional and usable. I especially loved the dartboard setup, the generous master closet space, and the bathroom that was absolutely perfect. I wish all Furnished Finder options were this special. I feel so fortunate to have found this unit and truly hope I’m able to stay here again in the future. Thank you, Madelena, for creating such a wonderful oasis
