Nice location- poor quality

1 star -location! Close to lots of things. 2nd star for the place looking like the pics. Sadly Lancaster is becoming less safe and both my fiance and my cars were broken into while here -landlord has camera for 1 spot. The apt is an older house with several issues. While here there the problems never stopped -electrical, heating, a/c, leaking freezer, door lock breaks, the brick is disintegrating. Unfortunately the landlord required multiple reminders of the work that needed completed and did not give updates on scheduling maintenance or corrective action plans. After serval issues we asked the landlord for a rent rebate as the apartment was not comfortable per lease however landlord denied but did improve some on communication and solving issues. I wouldnt recommend as the landlord has too much on his plate to be attentive for the leasees PS- you have no control over temp- Landlord gives space heater and after we proved the house got to 86° did provide a portable a/c unit in BR
