Don’t walk RUN

This is a nightmare listing! Everything about it from the listing being inaccurate to undisclosed recording devices to the “included cleaning service” to the bug infestation that the owner lied to my face about before I signed the lease to the owner telling me it would be over a month till she got around to making space for me to have shelves in the fridge and freezer because she had to go through her mail first and that she was going to continue to use most of the storage (closet etc in bedroom and all of the under sink storage in bathroom) that we had discussed being for the person renting the room to being forced into uncomfortable conversations to being expected to shop cook and eat all meals together to the fact that the house is FILTHY, like the walls are covered in grime, even the ceilings in some cases to walking into the bathroom shared with the owner only to see she has left her visibly dirty underwear hanging on the only towel hook in the bathroom I say simply, RUN.
