Lovely home

I've only stayed with Janice for about four months so far, however I am very pleased with my time spent here. The house is located in nice part of Tucson. The stars are visible at night, adequate parking space, and overall friendly safe neighborhood. I've never had a problem finding specific items in the house, especially in the kitchen. Janice does a great job as a landlord; she keeps good communication with everyone in the house. Whenever there is a maintenance problem in the house best believe Janice is on top of it!

Splendid property

Splendid property. Wonderful clean, private spaces. Owner very polite and accommodating. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Adequate parking and plenty of citrus fruit to supply the whole winter,growing right in your yard. Definitely would stay here again if I get a Tacoma contract.

If you are a man, avoid staying here..

As a travel paramedic, Ive never dealt with a more judgmental, unprofessional owner than Ms. Janice. She took my $400 cash deposit, then demanded a background check just hours before move-in. My record was clean, but she criticized my credit and told me to convince her Im a good person. She was openly uncomfortable renting to a man, despite knowing my profession and gender upfront. The house is overcrowded, overpriced, and offers minimal fridge/pantry space. Before I left, she pressured me to write her a 5-star review and even asked me to dictate it to her, making me leave without rest before a 16-hour drive. Save yourself the stress-look elsewhere! There's much more but limited to 1000 characters max.

Pool Side View Room

The place is amazing. Located up on the mountain, the view going up is spectacular. On the property itself, I stayed in the room connected to the outside door to the pool. I worked over nights and I was able to lay out during the day and relax. Janice is amazing and super sweet. She is very accommodating to all your needs.

Perfect place!

Im a traveling ultrasound tech! I loved my stay here! Great company. Great location to hiking, gyms, grocery and shopping. Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood. J is super helpful in local events and things to do around town! The pool was an additional luxury!

Amazing experience

I was all set to travel to Arizona for a nurse travel assignment. I saw this room opportunity and not only did Janice reach out with a call but we set up a FaceTime call after for her to show me around. She is such a kind and her house looks so welcoming for a stay away from home. Then unexpectedly the contract changed as the hospital hired someone instead of using a traveler and I let Janice know right away. She was absolutely great with returning my deposit and welcoming me to come by anytime! Just the best experience I would recommend this property and Janices kind hospitality to everyone!!

Very nice, safe and relaxing!

Very nice home in a very safe neighborhood and a truly great landlord made for a truly relaxing and comfortable stay! The home is cleaned regularly by a housekeeper, the large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a nice meal, there is a pool in the backyard to relax by and the landlord is extremely nice and makes sure that you have everything you need during your stay. All this at a very fair price that includes everything, utilities, washer a dryer, furnishings, etc. Highly recommended!

Travel Nurse found a hidden Gem

Staying at J's place has been a travelers dream come true! The neighborhood is extremely safe, the house itself is spacious, warm, accommodating and clean! Plenty of zen energy and privacy here in Sabino Canyon. The other tenants stay to themselves. But are very kind if you see them. There's a mutual respect for space. It's always quiet. Whether you work day shift or nightshift , you will have the ability to rest. I highly recommend this home. You will not regret it. J is a wonderful, thoughtful and kind person!

J place was delightful! Her house was immaculate and well-equipped, making me feel right at home. J was incredibly hospitable and ensured that I had a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience! Plus you're going to meet awesome housemates too.

amazing stay

This was an amazing place to stay at long term , especially if you are a travel nurse. I worked at Tucson Medical Center for 9 months and wish I found J's place sooner. The property is located less than a mile from Sabino canyon which is a beautiful place to hike and exercise at. TMC hospital is also a 10 minute drive away. I felt very safe and comfortable staying here and the property owner, J, is very welcoming and delightful to be around. Two other tenants have also been here for almost a year. Everyone is friendly, and accommodating to others schedules. The kitchen is very nice for prepping weekly meals, and she has everything you need to cook with. Sadly, I was unable to use the pool as much as I liked because of the winter months but she has a beautiful patio to lay in the sun, a grill, and a fire pit. I have enjoyed my stay at J's and you will too if you book with her! I'll miss living here! Thanks for the awesome stay J!

Loving, Caring and Trustworthy Landlord.

J is Friendly, respectful, polite, easy going and she always reach out to her tenants to make sure everyone is comfortable. The house is very spacious and clean and everyone in the house gets along very well. The neighborhood is safe and clean. I can highly recommend this property to anyone.

The owner is so friendly, and will do whatever she can to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Everything about the house is consistent with the pictures and description. The house is located in a very safe and clean neighborhood. If your looking for a quite, clean place to stay in Tucson, with very nice people then I can highly recommend this room.

Flexible and trustworthy landlord

Highly recommendable and trustworthy. The owner is very accommodating and considerate. I was supposedly going to stay here but unforeseen circumstances have happened and my contract was changed. Owner is very flexible and she fully refunded the deposit without any problem.

Awesome, quiet place to live!

I work in the NE part of town and living in this house has been the best! Janice is incredibly kind, warm and welcoming and always has great people staying with her, which is really nice. Everyone usually does their own thing, but it's fun to run into other roommates sometimes and catch up/hang out for a little. The location by sabino canyon is awesome for outdoor activities and you aren't far from good grocery stores/shopping/town needs. It's perfect to have the option of easily getting downtown to enjoy the hustle/bustle of Tucson, but then coming back home to a clean, peaceful living space is so nice. Highly recommend this home for a wonderful, peaceful stay in Tucson!

Loved the Room

The Owner was always asking if I needed anything, bought in chairs, New Bed, and even a Desk for my Room. The Owner shared the fruit from the trees on the property. Shared Kitchen. The property is on a quiet street, which is nice for sleeping in weekend. All of the Mechanicals (AIR, Heating, stove, Microwave, Water worked great) Pool on property, well taken care of. Anyone that needs a place to stay, I suggest this property, great value too! This is a 5 Star Property

Flawless

Best landlord/host you would ever meet! Anything you name in a house to stay, is available here. The owner of the house is very friendly, kind, hospitable, and considerate. In simple words, it feels home living here.

Wonderful place

I moved there in July and I really love the place. I have been traveling for a while and this has been one of my favorite place by far. It is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The owner keeps the place and the pool very nice and knit. It is very close to TMC (11 minutes). I will be extending my stay and so thankful I will get to stay here.

Sabino Canyon

The property was very quiet, comfortable & in close proximity to several hospitals. The owner was easy to work with & super kind. There were other tenants, but it still felt like having my own place because of the lay out. For those who enjoy hiking, SC is just a short walk from the home. I highly recommend checking it out.

Perfect Quiet Room

I stayed in Js home while on a travel nurse contract in Tucson. I worked night shift and the room I stayed in was perfect for night shift. It had a shade over the window that blocked the light and the room was very quiet. J is very welcoming and accommodating to whatever her guest need. The home is a about 20ish minutes from Banner University but the commute is worth knowing youre in a safe and secure neighborhood!

Mesquite Tree Room

As a traveling PT this room had everything I needed. There was plenty of cabinet space, shelving and a perfect setup for me to work and also game online. J is a perfect host and is very accommodating for the needs of a travel worker. The WIFI was fast and the shared spaces throughout the home allowed me to hang with some of the other tenants but also allowed me to have some privacy and my own space. Each room has their own television setup and plenty of storage space. I really enjoyed the pool during the hot AZ days, and I often used some of the gym equipment for morning workouts. Sabino Canyon Recreational area is only 1 mile away which is a beautiful area to hike, bike and learn about some of the desert wildlife. The location of J's home is perfect and a quick drive to many of the hospitals and clinics in town. I would recommend Coffee Exchange on the way to work! Tucson has so many things to offer, I would def rent this room again when I come back! A

Great stay

I had a great stay with J. It was quiet and J was very accommodating to any request I had. She was not an over bearing host but if I needed her she was just a text away. I would stay there again and recommend her place for anyone who likes their privacy and quiet.
