My Stay
Just a few minutes from downtown. Centrally located to a lot of other areas. The house is clean. Room is small (has a lock) and private bathroom down the hall. Esther is nice but can be challenging to live with. Bring your own toiletries. She stressed over minor things (trash can lids not being all the way down when it's under the sink, bathroom vent not being used, how much water to use in washer machine, etc.). DO NOT use her garage to make a quick run to your car, as I did one night and was locked out until she decided to answer her phone and open the garage. I've had people in the neighborhood come and talk me regarding previous tenants and her. But I can only speak about my experience with renting.
