This is a fantastic neighborhood, with miles of woodland trails steps from the door. There are great coffee shops, restaurants and shops just a block away. In the summer Jacksonville has something called Britt Festival which has live concerts in a beautiful outdoor venue. I highly recommend going to a show if you are here during the summer months.
