Great place, great host

My wife and I stayed here for a month and really loved the place. It has been renovated and very.tastefully redone, and the host Ty is super responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for us. It’s a few blocks from downtown, and about seven minutes from the arts district. This is going to be our go to place when we are in Saint Petersburg..

clean, safe and comfortable! Ty's the man!

We had a great stay. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen island was large and the high ceilings made the space feel open and inviting. The backyard was big and perfect for relaxing. The AC worked great and kept the house nice and cool. The neighborhood felt safe and the neighbors were friendly. Ty was super accommodating and he is just a cool, nice guy. Overall a really comfortable place to stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Incredible experience!

We stayed at Ty beautiful house for two months and we absolutely loved it! The house is fully renovated and fully equipped with everything you need to live comfortably. The high ceilings and the fans are amazing and the art is absolutely gorgeous. Ty is a phenomenal host, he was always ready to respond any questions we had and was very transparent about the utility bill. I loved the house so much I told him I wanted to buy it!! Haha We definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place, literally next to downtown (we walked to the pier almost everyday)!

Great Property

Incredible home right outside downtown St. Pete. Super cool design with unique art and furniture. Had a great time living here - easy access to downtown St. Pete, the beach and a only a few minutes away from the highway. Landlord was attentive to any issues. Highly reccomened
