It is in a quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood with walking distance to downtown, the beach & the pier. There are seats in the front courtyard to enjoy any time of the day or evening. We have a very quiet home on the inside too. The back courtyard is a great place to sit & enjoy the morning with a cup of coffee.
