Modern and Quiet 2BR Retreat in Union City - Walk to Shops & Transit

Love this unit!

I had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, which made my stay very comfortable. The unit is newly built, spotless, and well-equipped with everything needed for a longer stay, including a spacious bed, hair dryer, laundry basket, dresser, and especially a great selection of kitchen essentials. I stayed with my pet, and the hosts were very thoughtful and accommodating, making the experience enjoyable for both of us. The location is also very convenient, with both the BART station and Safeway about a 10-minute walk away. The neighborhood felt safe, peaceful, and quiet. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay and would highly recommend this place, especially for a longer stay with a pet!

Location is quiet and convenient, walkable to public transportation and groceries. The condo is cozy and facilities are in good condition. Hosts are very friendly and answer questions fast. Very pet friendly!

An Absolute Gem

This two bedroom, one bath condo was the perfect home base. Both bedrooms were comfortable with plush bedding, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in and feel right at home. The open, light filled layout made the space feel larger than expected, and the location couldn’t have been better quiet and relaxing, yet close to everything.

Great Apartment!!

Both Marvin and Sara are the absolute best! So sweet and thoughtful and are very responsive if we needed anything! The location is great! Safe, quaint neighborhood and has nearby parks/trails/restaurants that are all walkable! The apartment itself is very clean and has everything we needed! Very dog friendly as well! :) Sad we had to leave but would book this place again if we needed to!
