Great landing spot for short term work in SLC

I moved to LA in 2024 then had to come back to SLC due to my job losing remote status. Came across this listing and was excited to find a house with a private yard and off-street parking offered for quite a bit less than similarly sized apartments in the city. Despite the reputation of the neighborhood, I personally had no problems with the location, which was tucked away from the main street. I stayed for 3 months and the owners were helpful and accommodating. Publik Coffee is nearby and a great place to telework, and I also liked being very close to freeway access and The Front Climbing Gym. Would stay here again if I needed a short-term living situation in the city.
