Modern amenities great stay

I stayed here for 28 days and it was great. Everything seemed brand new and clean. The private entrance in and out is easy with digital keypad. Bathroom was all updated, and the shower was great. Good hot water. Good place to stay for sure. The landlord is a great person as well.

Great Hospitality

It was a pleasure to stay at this property. Three things that stood out to me during my stay are: 1) Convenience: This property is located within walking distance of the Long Island Rail Road St. Albans station. As a busy student attending school in the city, I used the commute to catch up on work and take quick meetings. The property's proximity to the station was perfect for my multiple trips to and from Manhattan for work, and I felt safe at the property and while walking and exploring the community. 2) Aesthetic: The unit is beautiful! Just as it looks in the photos. It is spacious, well-maintained, and well-equipped with modern amenities. I had more than enough room to study, cook, and do my weekly planning. 2) Care: I really appreciate the kindness of the property owners in accommodating me during my spring semester of schooling. They provided me with the privacy and personal space I needed to have a successful semester. Thanks again for your support!

I had an exceptional stay in this spacious, beautifully designed basement apartment. The unit is clean, chic, and comfortable, offering the perfect blend of affordability and upscale living in a prime location. Its brand new, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully curated with elegant finishes and tasteful linens. The space is well-equipped for daily living, with essential kitchen and bathroom amenities provided, making it ideal for both short and long-term stays. Even during winter, the apartment felt warm, inviting, and cozy. Ian, the property manager, was attentive, communicative, and solution-oriented, while Zahir, the landlord, was accommodating and invested in my comfort. The personalized thank-you card at checkout was a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this refined, well-managed space.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The booking process was seamless from start to finish. Ian was always available when I had questions, and both Ian and Zahir responded quickly to messages. The space was incredibly clean, felt very homey, and had everything needed for day to day living. I especially appreciated the starter toiletries, such a thoughtful touch after traveling. The area felt safe and was usually quiet, making it easy to relax and unwind. The internet worked well the entire time, which was important to me. The space is very modern, and one of my favorite features was the built in Bluetooth system in the bathroom so you can play music while you shower, lol. A fun and unexpected bonus! When I left, I even received a lovely thank you card, which really reflects the care and hospitality provided. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a comfortable, well maintained, and welcoming place to stay.
