Most Comfortable Stay in Los Angeles

I am pleased to inform that I enjoyed my stay with Shauna, the host was very professional and after I finished my stay my deposit was already refunded immediately, also the host provides cleaning service with the stay twice a month free of cost included in the rent. Absolutely the Best Perfect Short or Long-Term Stay!

I stayed for 3.5 months and wish I didnt have to leave. This ADU is truly a gem. The bed and pillows feel like a 5-star hotel, and the open layout with ceiling fan and big windows made it so comfortable. Theres AC/heat and high-speed internet. The full kitchen is incrediblegas range, oven, full fridge, great appliances, and everything you need if you love to cook. The bathroom is modern and spotless with a bidet, plus theres a big closet, a great workspace, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The location is perfect: close to parks, CSUN, Trader Joes, Costco, restaurants, and major freeways. The landlords are genuinely kind, respectful, and gave me complete privacy while always being helpful. Clean, quiet, beautifully furnished, and the best rental Ive ever had. Highly recommend!
