Cozy house near Manasota beach

My Fiance and I recently rented a house from Gus and Rorrie for 3 months. (Jan. Feb. March of 2026). They were outstanding hosts who were friendly and quick to respond to a couple of minor issues. They lived in a separate unit next to ours that had their own entrance . We rarely ever heard or saw them. There house was 1 mile from beautiful Manasota Beach. The beach had clean and up to date restrooms and showers. There were also picnic shelters and grills and a boat launch nearby. We were at the beach almost everyday hunting for sharks teeth. There home was spotless, comfortable and well maintained. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe. We saw many people walking their dogs and riding bicycles. There were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We could not have asked for any nicer hosts. They were absolutely wonderful people. Communication was easy and very responsive.
