Heat and AC, kitchenette with new electric appliances, new bathroom with shower, shared laundry in rear patio area. Easy street parking. This is a new studio junior accessory dwelling unit with its own entrance- completely independent unit but attached to the side of my house.

Cute studio with a private entrance. This is built where the garage used to be, so there is a shared wall with the kitchen of the main house but you both homes are totally separate.

Sunny cozy Gem
I really enjoyed my stay at Cameron's place, exactly as described.. The location was great. Very central to Fairfax, San Anselmo, Corte Madera, Sausalito. Its in a nice, sunny spot and there are lots of restaurants nearby on 4th Street. Sol Food was my favorite! The studio was clean, cozy, and quiet, and the bed was really comfortable. It was also close to Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Trader Joes, which was very convenient. Cameron was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. What I especially appreciated was having a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and AC/heat. Those things made a big difference, especially for a month-long stay. Overall, I felt very comfortable here and would definitely stay again! Mahalo nui loa Cameron!
