Expensive for worth
The inside of the unit is nicely renovated, but outside is falling apart, poorly maintained, and not on a great street. This property management company did a poor job at responding when we had questions or concerns, and never fixed any of the internal or external repairs we requested. It's incredibly pricey for what it's worth.
