As noted, you'll share this home with another RN. I'm a nursing professor and an ED nurse. I own my home and welcome you into this great place to chill. I'm in bed by 2100 and up at 0500 or 0600. You must be clean, hygienic, a non-smoker, no drugs, no alcohol (in the home).
Space
You'll have your own furnished bedroom 10' x 10' with private bath (detached), and full use of the house. Home is beautifully decorated with a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and an exercise room (treadmill, free weights, resistance bands). Lovely quiet backyard and BBQ. Sharing the home with a charming little Frenchie dog. He'll be your buddy. 1-6 months stay.

Beautiful gated community in Florin neighborhood of South Sacramento. 5 mins drive to Kaiser South and Methodist Hospitals. Right off Hwy 99 so easy access to downtown Sacramento. Community has two tennis courts, two pools.
