Fenced in backyard for small to medium size dogs. TV in room has Google Cast for all you Apps. Very comfortable bed in room, and it's nice and sunny in the afternoon. Really nice neighbors all around. Safe, fun neighborhood, near downtown. Also, Im happy to do month to month, after the first 3 months. Any questions? Feel free to ask. :)

Great location and great landlord!
Marnie is a great landlord, very reasonable and very easy to live with. The property was exactly as advertised, in a very nice and safe neighborhood and all amenities worked fine the entire time. 5/5 stars would definitely come back!
