Easy stay and location

I stayed at this property for 4 months in the spring and loved it. I really enjoyed the apartment and its walkability/accessibility to work at JH and Fells Point amenities, including the restaurants and the promenade path along the water to Canton. The location is safe and quiet at night. The amenities, like the smart TV, the living room, and the bed, made the stay comfortable. No problems with hot water/dishwasher/laundry. I really enjoyed the allergy- and pet-free environment. At the end of my stay, I made some ongoing suggestions to the landlord, like adding drawers and a hamper for the bedroom/closet, along with other small improvements for future tenants. Otherwise, Kim was really easy to reach if I had any questions about the property! Would recommend this property to anyone new in the area!
