Superb suite in cozy community

Wonderful place, very relaxing

After suffering through Airbnb after Airbnb for my summer jobs in Dallas, I found refuge in summer 2026 at this property. The DeHarts are great people with bright children. They were abundantly communicative if there was ever to be a problem (not that there were any, really). I slept like a baby every night because it was so calm, quiet, and relaxing. The best part above everything else, hands down, was Ms. Suki, their Schnauzer. I got very "encariñado" with the doggie, as she is a very polite little beast who said hello to me every day before and after work. She enjoyed watching PBS inside and going for walks galore outside, as well as endless love and affection. She seemed to enjoy peanut butter and pepperoni the most for treats. My only complaint is that she preferred spending time with her own siblings over me, as I would have enjoyed seeing her even more often. :(

Awesome… Just Awesome

Jan (My Wife) and I were the first ever tenants that Chris and Jacque had at their brand new, above the garage apartment. Everything about our stay there was Wonderful. C&J were always prompt with any responses to texts and calls along with any issues (not that there were ever any). I can’t say enough about how great they and the Kids were. Not to mention SUKI!!! The Wonder Schnauzer! Suki was a wonderful little dog that made us not miss ours as much. The location was great and the neighborhood was so quiet. If I get back to the Plano/Wylie area in the future, we’ll definitely text Chris and Jacque to see if the apartment is available or coming open. Also… the fact that the DeHarts are avid board gamers like we are was a great bonus. We actually got together the last Saturday and played before our last day there in the apartment. We will miss them and hope to see them again.
