Multiple Rooms Available In A Quiet, Safe Neighborhood. 5 minutes to Kaiser and Bart

Beautiful Room

I have been here two weeks. It really enjoy the landlord and the other roommates respect for one another and privacy. I also enjoy a social friendly environment, which is also shared between all of us a very loving kind respectable social environment with peace and privacy was exactly what I was looking for and feel very thankful that I found here. I am definitely enjoying my stay.

Your Home away from home. Highly Recommended!

This rental place is perfect if you are looking for a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is my first time using furnished finder and it has been a perfect experience so far. Sarah, the landlord is amazing, super friendly, warm and is on top of everything that I needed during the duration of my stay. With regards to the place, the house is huge and is super clean and well maintained. It has everything you need and is basically move-in ready. The location is also perfect, and is close to grocery stores, train station and hospitals. Highly recommend this place 100%.

Review

I really like the neighborhood- people are friendly and the houses look well maintained. Walking around the neighborhood feels safe and clean. The house is good size with two floors. My room is bright, spacious, quiet and on the second floor. My room has a TV and a small fridge and decent closet space. On the second floor common area/hall way there is a coffee/tea/toast station with a microwave and a nicely decorated dining/lounge area. The laundry room is conveniently located on the same floor. Pretty much everything I need is accessible on my floor with the exception of the kitchen that is on the main floor. On top of that, Sarah is very friendly and a gracious host. I would definitely recommend this place.

Sweet and kind host

Sarah was very accommodating and welcoming to her guests. The place got everything you need - big washer & dryer with free laudry soaps, cooking utensils and pans with very wide kitchen, own fridge for your room, huge cabinets and storage, and wide working space. She made sure everything is cleaned and organized. She immediately answers your questions and take actions on concerns. She lived in the house so its easy to communicate with her. She has beautiful cats, so for cat lovers consider her place to stay. The location is great and pretty accessible to all, from grocery stores, food places, to train station which are all 10mins drive. If youre coming from SFO you can take BART (train system) going straight to Antioch which will take an hour, but its really convenient and cheap. The area is not crowded - less traffic and very clean. I must say the neighbourhood was very beautiful and safe. Overall, a great host! Shes very lovely and sweet!

Beautiful

Sarah is a wonderful landlord. Her home is clean, spacious, She is very Accommodating, Kind and Cheerful. She has several cats that are so sweet, they stay in a gated room so they are not in the entire house. Great location, great neighborhood. I highly recommend this home.
