Freshly Renovated and Fully Furnished 3 Bedroom Home

Good stay!

The home is lovely and freshly renovated. Our four-star rating reflects the surrounding environment, not the home or management, which were both five stars. The property manager and homeowners were kind, responsive, helpful, and communicated clearly. The main drawback was the noise. Neighbors frequently yelled at odd hours and sometimes held loud parties from Sunday evening until early Monday morning. Their dog also barked often. We also noticed recurring fruit flies, especially in the kitchen. The downstairs laundry room felt a little unsettling but was functional. Parking was usually manageable, though nearby park and zoo events sometimes made it very limited. The TV also occasionally made a loud blaring noise while the screen turned black with green static. Overall, it is a beautiful, well-managed home, but guests should be aware of the noise, fruit flies, and occasional parking issues.
