The house was renovated from top to bottom and in addition to this second apartment has two other living units (one of which we live in during the summer/fall).

Fully furnished and equipped comfy second floor apartment that we rent short term, most often thru airbnb. Our farmhouse is 6 miles from downtown Montpelier and convenient to many hospitals as well, but in a peaceful rural setting, surrounded by fields and meadows. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and nice distant views of the surrounding mountains.
Neighborhood overview
Rural quiet community just outside the state capital, VAST trails and x-country ski out the door! 45 minutes to Stowe, Sugarbush ski resorts. Great sunsets and sunrises from the house.
