Quiet Room in NE Alberta Arts District

Lovely home in a great neighborhood!

I lived here for 6 months and enjoyed my time. The space is clean, has lots of natural light, and all things furniture/appliances/etc. are high quality. The landlord/housemate is a kind, hospitable person who will respect your space and effectively communicate needs and issues that arise. They are knowledgeable of the area and can offer recommendations for things to do. The other, four-legged housemate is well-trained and a sweetheart. The downstairs neighbor is also very kind and respectful. I enjoyed the proximity to Alberta (5-10 min walk) where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and more. The surrounding side streets, including the NE Going greenway, are quiet and well-kept with lots of trees, so they're great for walking/running/biking. I am a daily car commuter and never had trouble with street parking. If you're looking for green spaces, three parks are nearby. Overall, whether you're looking for a short or long-term stay, I highly recommend this place!
