Apartment rental

I stayed in this apartment while working at Banner Desert Medical. This is a super clean, comfortable and quiet apartment. As a bonus it has a pond on the property to relax and enjoy. The owners are very nice and accomidating.

Cute/semi private

It was monsoon season and it does flood out. During extreme temperatures I had no air conditioning for just over a week. He did put a portable air conditioner in that took the edge off in the bedroom. I did come across a couple of cockroaches in which I am allergic to those and ultimately decided with all that I was dealing with, to move out. I asked for deposit back as I left the place in great condition and they refused to give me my deposit. He did give me $200 off a month's rent and said I owed it back to him. They never once offered anything off rent for the troubles I was going through nor did they give me a written explanation to turn into work on why they kept my deposit. Not only that but my first night there someone in the middle of the night came in through the bathroom door while I was sleeping. I had no clothes on. I feared for my life. Come to find out it was a family member that forgot it was rented out. No paperwork, no signing anything, no lease to protect you.
