The house is very nice. Was remodeled 8 years ago. The house is located in a very pleasant area. There is a little hill to get the property but the Town of Cavendish maintains the hill in the winter. The yard will be plowed. Some shoveling might be required and there is a shovel there too. Garbage would need to be brought to the facility and is very close.

The living space is very nice and will accommodate two people easily or 4, sleeping two perbed. Lots of light.

The house is located on a dead-end road with two other houses, lots of wooded hills to explore. Pretty view of Hawks Mountain.
