There is a nice private backyard with a table & chairs with decorative hanging lights. The property is very pretty with great landscaping, fruit trees, and bee hives. This is a brand-new free-standing cottage with a private back yard. The cottage has been fully furnished and tastefully decorated with a lot of love, as if we would be living there. To date our guests have very much enjoyed the unit, the property, and the neighborhood. It is a very peaceful environment with plenty of privacy. We are chill hosts and help as needed.

Amazing Place!!
This was our first time staying somewhere through Furnished Finder, and we were definitely spoiled that this was our first spot! The place is brand new and all of the finishes and appliances feel very luxurious. You can tell that they put a lot of thought into the details and decor to make the place feel clean and comfortable. It's in an amazing neighborhood in Santa Cruz and so close to the beach! Tom and his wife were amazing and were so quick to solve any issues and just offer us help and recommendations while we were traveling. Could not recommend enough!!

Great spot!
We really enjoyed Tom's property! Him and his wife made us feel at home from the start, and were very helpful with any needs on site. The house itself is adorable with a great location close to a beautiful neighborhood! Overall 5/5 stars!
