Everything in our home is brand new. The appliances are top-of-the-line. The space is light, open, and airy. Home is very energy efficient with on-demand hot water and solar panels on the roof. The guest bath has a claw-foot tub with a shower. The front porch has two nice rocking chairs.
Space
Our home is a 1940s cottage reimagined for today. A complete remodel and expansion of the property was completed in early 2025. This is our vacation home and is currently used infrequently. The bedroom for rent has brand new furniture. The bathroom adjacent to the bedroom is for the tenant's exclusive use. The kitchen/living/dining area is a shared space when we are visiting. 13-week travel nurse contracts welcome!

Clean, cozy and private house to myself
This is a relatively new house, very clean and looks even better in real life! Graydon stays in CA most of the time so I pretty much have the whole space to myself, during my 2 month stay I only saw him for 6-7 days. Graydon is very responsive and helpful via messages. Fully stocked kitchenware, comfy bed and clean new bathroom. I would stay here again if I have the chance to!
