Nightmare Landlord

I am currently living here and am leaving early because my safety is in jeopardy and my privacy is constantly being violated. Daniel constantly gives the door code out to every visiting prospective tenant without ever informing me. Multiple times I've come out of the bathroom or had just gotten home and there would be strangers in my room. One of the reasons Daniel is having such significant difficulty obtaining tenants is his lack of basic human decency. I have requested multiple times that Daniel abide by the lease terms and he is constantly interfering with my right to quiet enjoyment of the property by unlawfully entering without the required 24 hours notice stated in the lease. Because Daniel lives in California, he plans these trips in advance and goes out of his way to avoid giving any notice. He will show up unannounced and stay for days. He also restricts use of previously authorized utilities based on his mood. This is not a safe place.
