Six Comfortable Months with an Excellent Landlord

We rented Kristen's condo for six months while we had a very young baby, two large dogs, and a cat with us before returning to our home in the mountains. It was exactly what we needed: comfortable, well furnished, with good natural light, a park and walking path right outside, and King Soopers directly across the street. Kristen was wonderful to rent from--easy-going, flexible, responsive, and consistently reasonable. She offered us an early move-in at no charge and was quick to help whenever a minor issue came up. When the AC unexpectedly stopped working, she immediately started arranging help. When I accidentally damaged a small section of drywall, she was completely understanding and comfortable letting me repair it myself. Move-out was equally straightforward. Kristen worked around our schedule and promptly returned our full security deposit. We are very grateful we found her condo and would happily recommend both the property and Kristen.
