Great location

Brian made the move in and out super easy. He was always available and invited feedback on the apartment and responded punctually. The apartment is conveniently located to regular services and shops as well as located directly across the street from the phoenix mountain reserve where there are miles of trails for biking, hiking and running. The apartment was furnished with an abundance of nice furniture and a super comfy bed, sheets and linens. The kitchen was filled with all the things needed to make any dish and entertain visitors. Another great aspect is the porch/balcony on the north aspect that provides a great place to relax. Overall my experience was outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate renting again from Brian!
