This is a serene home with a completely separate living area. There is plenty of storage space and you will feel like you are living in your own apartment. This is on one of the only hills in the valley so you get a breeze and a view of the valley from outside your window. Close to CSUN so perfect for a student.

Minimally furnished so there is a lot of open space. The bed is brand new and there is a work area to set up a computer or laptop. Your private bath is right off of the room and the water pressure is amazing. Looking for a busy individual that has a life :) The home is shared with me. A lover of the arts and nature. One cat resides here in the home. Some utilities are included.

Quiet and Peaceful
This quiet and peaceful townhome was perfect for me since I work virtually. I am a minimalist, so the large and spacious room was perfect for me. The landlady was accommodating and helpful. The roommate is a mature woman who also works virtually from home. The street ends in a cul de sac, and the bus stop is just a few townhouses away. I very much enjoyed the babbling brook that ran between the townhouses. I would say that quiet and peaceful perfectly describes the indoors and outdoors of this lovely townhouse.
