Cozy 1 bed Apartment With Views (Near Hospitals)

Perfect home away from home

This place was perfect for my recent rotation at the hospital. The apartment is cute and clean and they have everything you can think of such as makeup wipes, laundry detergent, small shampoo/conditioner bottles, throws for the outdoor couch and even laminated sheets with local suggestions for what to do/where to go. It was hard being away from home but having this place to come back to after a shift made it all a lot easier. The AC unit is small but powerful, slept fine even in the August heat. There are train tracks right behind the apartment building but the trains never woke me up at night. Patio has a nice view and was a lovely spot to sip coffee when it wasn't smoky. Overall, fantastic stay, would highly recommend.

Beautiful Apartment

Amanda has poured her heart and soul into this apartment. It's more like living in a show home in Seattle than a reasonably-priced apartment in Spokane. Amanda is very responsive and communicative. The views are epic and the big balcony faces west for spectacular sunsets. It also has top end appliances like you rarely see in a rental. Very little noise from upstairs and none through the walls, except when the train goes by, which does happen fairly often (I didn't mind at all). The area is a mix of South Hill family houses and condo/apartments, but walk a few blocks towards downtown and you can find tents under the bridge, like in many areas of Spokane... but the neighborhood around the apartment always felt very safe. I wouldn't think twice about my wife and kids going for a walk at night (in any direction other than the bridge!). Thanks so much Amanda for all the effort you put in to the place and for making my stay in Spokane so comfortable!

Perfect apartment in quiet neighborhood

My family stayed here during a transition of selling our home it was 2 adults & 2 children (5 & 1 yr) we fit fine and loved our stay! it’s a quiet neighborhood, you are tucked in the back- comes with a carport & parking is usually always available in front of building It is decorated to feel extremely calming & “homey” the washer/dryer & all appliances work like a charm! The owner is attentive, caring & professional The only thing I think is important to note is there are train tracks down the hill from where you stay, the train makes noise as they all do -but they don’t sound any horns or anything so it’s rather quiet!! My daughter loved watching them come by! Loved staying here & so thankful!
