Amazing stay

Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I am in the area. I stayed for a few months and everything was seamless, from the fully stocked kitchen to the friendly and easy to work with landlord. The location near Olde Town and I-70 made getting around very convenient.

Stayed here for 5 months and it was exactly what we needed! My dog loved backyard, and having a park so close by was a big perk. We arrived to a clean place, and Kiana’s communication and rental guide made access, getting settled, and learning the neighborhood so easy. Everything felt welcoming and like home, especially the cozy basement lights and fireplace!

I cant say enough good things about my stay and Kiana as a host! Its freshly refinished backyard that is great for having a guest or two over or just relaxing solo. Prime location to the freeway, but tucked away in a neighborhood so no street or car noise. All the furniture is comfortable, clean, and cozy. Will be staying at this place the next stint I have in Denver!!
